Yo La Tengo have released a live session EP through iTunes this week. The four tracks include a live favourite of their cover of Arthur Lee's 'Luci Baines' by his pre-Love band, The American Four. The EP track-listing including the previously unreleased 'El Es Gay' is as follows: 1-El Es Gay 2-Pass the Hatchet, I Think I'm Goodkind 3-The Weakest Part 4-Luci Baines (Arthur Lee cover) The live version of "Pass The Hatchet, I Think I'm Goodkind" is even more mind-blowing than the rendition on the album, with perfectly executed improvisation. In contrast, 'The Weakest Part' is a stripped down version of the album track with piano and vocals by Georgia.
