It’s fast and furious and its tight, even the songs are on top of each other, because that’s of the era. I think `Battery Acid is one of the punkest songs in the last ten years. U: Why do you call this your ‘dance record’? JH: “Ultimately, the thing for an audience and band to create together is a party that you would be willing to do to at someone’s house, that’s what I’ve always been trying to make it. JH: “It’s becoming a tradition, although its not a necessity, to pull something from Desert Sessions (Homme’s “visitors welcome” desert jam band).
