Bruce Springsteen to induct E Street Band into Rock And Roll Hall of Fame

Bruce Springsteen will induct the E Street Band into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame, it has been confirmed. The ceremony, which will take place at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on April 10, will also see Michael Stripe induct Nirvana and Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello induct Kiss, Rolling Stone reports.

David Bowie announces Record Store Day releases

David Bowie will release two limited edition picture discs on Record Store Day next month. The annual celebration of music shops will take place on April 19 and Bowie has outlined plans to release a 7" picture disc of "Rock 'n' Roll Suicide" in the UK, while North American fans will be able to purchase the single "1984" on 7" picture disc.

David Cameron ‘let out a little cry of joy’ at David Bowie’s Brit Awards speech

David Cameron has commented on David Bowie's Brit Awards speech – which was read by Kate Moss – in which he called for Scottish voters to reject independence. As reported, Bowie was not at the venue to pick up his award for British Male, and instead sent Moss to pick up the prize on his behalf and read out his acceptance speech.
