Around the turn of the millennium, Jeff Tweedy merrily nurtured a reputation as a contrarian. How best could a man, sanctified as the archetype of what was once called alt-country, confound his fans? Roger Waters has premiered his tour documentary Roger Waters: The Wall at the Toronto Film Festival.
The documentary was shot by Waters himself alongside director Sean Evans and shows footage from between 2010 and 2013, when the singer was touring the album across the world.
